Returns, Refunds & Fulfilment

We understand that customers may occasionally wish to return purchased clothing. Customers may request a return in accordance with our applicable return policy and the terms set out below.

Return Process

Customers who wish to return their clothing must contact us to obtain the applicable return instructions. Items must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Once the returned items have been dispatched, customers should allow approximately 9–16 business days for the return shipment to reach us. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, location, weekends, public holidays, and circumstances outside of our control.

Once the returned items have been received, we require an additional 2 business days to inspect and review the returned items before processing any applicable refund.

Return Shipping & Handling Fee

A return shipping and handling fee of R1,345.21 will be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable. This fee covers the costs associated with the return shipping and handling of the returned order.

By purchasing from us, customers acknowledge that our fulfilment process, return process, applicable fees, and refund procedures are outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved following inspection of the returned items, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase, where technically possible.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the relevant payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or financial institution and may therefore vary after the refund has been processed by us.

We reserve the right to withhold or adjust a refund where returned items do not meet the applicable return requirements or where deductions are permitted under these Terms & Conditions.
