WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Expedited Shipping Fees

Also please be aware we do ship out most of our items with the same airfreight service as shein,hellstar,Temu and stock X so they will be custom duties tax and our orders maybe be packaged with different company packaging also if you do not pay tax your refund will take up to 33 days to be received after the order is sent back to us if you have any questions please feel free to ask

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on Orders over R1050. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Thursday will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**  
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- **Standard Shipping**:[5-7 Business Days R80]
- **Express Shipping**: [3-5 Business Days R120]
- **International Shipping**: [5-7 Business Days R400]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

**Shipment Confirmation & Tracking**  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 20-40 hours for tracking information to update.

**International Shipping**  

 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

**Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages**  
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier for assistance. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage for resolution.
